All Flesh Must Be Eaten provides rules for Essence loss from cybernetics and "cyberpsychosis" in its All Tomorrow's Zombies supplement but made it clear they were optional for two reasons. The system was the standard All Flesh stuff with additional info from All Tomorrow's Zombies.
